How do I know how much I will receive? Is it cheaper than via a remittance service?
Before you send funds you can check the exchange rate that will be applied and the amount you will receive, as well as when funds will arrive in your Netizen Account.
The fees of our service are 4x lower than bank transfers and 8x lower than remittance companies. For example, if you send Eur 1,000 you will save approx Php1,200, or if you send HK$10,000 you will save PhP780.

What is the turnaround time for sending money?
Before sending funds, you can check the turnaround time on your Netizen App. Usually, sending funds takes around 35 minutes or 2-3 days, however, the turnaround time may depend on the where, how, and when you’ve actually paid. TransferWise will provide details on the date and time of your transfer to be received. Wise will also send you an email regarding when will you received the money.
Can I cancel my money transfer after it is sent?
Yes, to cancel your money transfer:

Open your TransferWise app and go to ‘Home’ to view your activity list.

Find the pending transfer you want to cancel.

Click ‘Cancel transfer’ (on Android, you’ll find this by clicking the 3 dots at the top right corner of the transfer page).

If you haven’t paid yet, click I didn't pay and then Cancel transfer.

If you’ve already paid, click I paid, and enter your bank account details if needed.
Can I track the transfer?
Yes, track the status of your transfer through Netizen app on Wise website.

What do I need to send money?
On your first transaction, sign-up on their mobile app by providing your email address or a Facebook or Google account, and an ID for verification. Succeeding transactions will only require you to provide the email address you’ve entered upon signing-up.

1. Deposit using Netizen App via Ayannah Network.
